We do offer live classes. However, students expect to need live classes because they are concerned about the learning experience they will have in an online course. How long to complete?
You have one year from enrollment to complete all of your classes. It is our goal to prove to you that we are your friend and companion in your quest to become licensed. Once you have completed our course if you need further help to pass your exam we will help by allowing you to repeat classes and talk to instructors at no additional charge.
Refund Policy?
We understand that the decision to enter the real estate industry is a big one. If you take your first three classes and decide you have made a mistake or if something in your life has changed, we will cheerfully refund your tuition. After you have taken three classes we assume your decision is final so no refund is available.
Are there quizzes and exams?
Each class ends with a review quiz. This allows you to monitor your progress and assist you with retention of the material as we consistently prepare you for the state exam; thus building your knowledge base and confidence for the exam with each class.
