Are there live classes?

We do offer live classes. However, students expect to need live classes because they are concerned about the learning experience they will have in an online course. Some of them have taken lesser quality online courses before and some are trying online for the first time. Well, we schedule live classes but

no one comes. They tell us the online course is too convenient and meets all of their learning needs so live classes are not needed. We will continue to offer live classes, but we want students to request the class and assure us of their attendance before we schedule them. By the way, we do not see this as an actual problem. Our courses are great and the students are well served to take them online.
