Are there quizzes and exams?
Each class ends with a review quiz. This allows you to monitor your progress and assist you with retention of the material as we consistently prepare you for the state exam; thus building your knowledge base and confidence for the exam with each class.
Each course also contains a series
of reviews and a final exam. The reviews are there to prepare you for the final exam, which must be passed as part of the course requirement. If you have trouble passing the final exam with a score of 70%, for sales agent candidates, and 75% for broker candidates, you may repeat classes and talk to instructors with your questions until you have successfully passed our exam.
